7. Cancellations and Project Modifications
Clients may request project modifications; additional costs may apply depending on project stage and scope changes. Project cancellations after work has begun may be subject to partial refunds based on completed services and incurred expenses.
8. Third-Party Services
SD ADUs may collaborate with third-party vendors, manufacturers, installers, engineers, or service providers. While we coordinate these services, SD ADUs is not responsible for liabilities, warranties, or performance issues arising directly from third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
SD ADUs shall not be liable for damages exceeding the total value of the signed project agreement. This includes but is not limited to delays caused by permitting authorities, zoning changes, natural events, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in San Diego County, California.
